✨Bhutan Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay described PM Modi as “an avatar of our times”, while Nigeria President Bola Ahmed Tinubu hailed his "quarter-century of unbroken leadership" as a remarkable achievement in a democratic system.
In a detailed message, Tinubu credited PM Modi with driving India's transformation through infrastructure expansion, digital public services, financial inclusion and innovation. He also underscored the growing strategic partnership between India and Nigeria, recalling PM Modi's state visit to Abuja in 2024.
Philippines President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. commended PM Modi's emphasis on governance, technology, infrastructure and development, noting that India has emerged as an increasingly influential global player under his leadership. He also pointed to the strengthening bilateral relationship between the two countries.
