Rourkela, June 21: Union Minister for Tribal Affairs, Jual Oram on Friday led the celebrations of 10th International Yoga Day (IYD) - themed ‘Yoga for Self and Society’ - at Birsa Munda Hockey Stadium here in Odisha.

On the occasion, the Minister participated in the Yoga sessions and encouraged everyone to embrace the power of yoga to achieve physical well-being, mental peace and spiritual growth.

The 10th International Day of Yoga is being celebrated across the globe today. The main function was held at Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir. Prime Minister Narendra Modi led the celebrations from Srinagar. 

This year's theme, "Yoga for Self and Society," emphasizes yoga's vital role in fostering both individual well-being and societal harmony.
