Bhubaneswar, Apr 9: Union Minister and BJP's Lok Sabha candidate from Odisha's Sambalpur constituency, Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday greeted people on the start of Navratri and also the traditional Indian new year, which is celebrated in the form of various festivals across India.

In a series of posts on X, Pradhan said, "Many best wishes to all the devotees and worshipers on the occasion of Chaitra Navratri, the great festival of Shakti worship. May the Goddess bless the entire country with prosperity, health and progress and the strength to overcome every negativity. Jai Mata Di!."

In another post, the BJP leader said, “Heartiest greetings for New Year Vikram Samvat 2081. May this New Year bring joy, happiness and enthusiasm in the life of all of you.”
