Bhubaneswar, Nov 26: A married couple were found dead in their house leaving behind a suicide note and handwritten lipstick messages on the wall in Atal Awas Colony in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The suicide note and the messages suggest suspicions of murder and suicide caused due to infidelity and heartbreak.
Shivani, alias Neha, and Raj Tambe had a love marriage and were together for almost a decade. They both had a cleaning job in a private company and had three young children. Neighbours revealed that the couple had arguments everyday triggered by allegations of an extramarital affair.
On Monday, November 24, Neha's mother Reena Chinna got
worried as to why her daughter and son-in-law haven't stepped out of the house
for a long time, so she went to check on them. Even though the door was locked
from the inside, she somehow managed to enter. She got traumatised to see Neha
lying dead on the bed and Raj hanging.

✨Investigations by the police claimed that the note and the message on the wall mentioned the name and mobile number of Rajesh Vishwas, holding him responsible for the deaths. The message also mentioned fights between the husband and the wife over Neha's phone calls. The message ended with an emotional note for their children reading, "Children, I love you."
According to the forensic reports, there were scratch marks discovered on Neha's neck, implying that she may have been strangled before Raj hung himself.
The Police are investigating further into the matter. City
Superintendent of Police (CSP) Nimitesh Singh has confirmed that the bodies of
the couple were found in the same room and a case has been registered.
