New Delhi, Feb 10: President Droupadi Murmu will visit the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj today and take a holy dip at the Triveni Sangam, officials said.

According to the President's Secretariat, President Murmu will take a holy dip and perform Pooja at Triveni Sangam, the confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati river.

The President will also visit Akshayvat and Bade Hanuman Temple in Prayagraj. She will explore the depth of Mahakumbh through modern technology at the Digital Mahakumbh Experience Centre.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also be present on the occasion.

Maha Kumbh, which began on Paush Purnima (January 13), is the world's largest spiritual and cultural gathering, attracting devotees from across the globe. It will continue until Mahashivratri on February 26.

The ongoing Mahakumbh here continues to draw devotees from across the globe to witness and participate in one of the largest religious gatherings in the world.

Devotees are flocking to the Mahakumbh Mela Kshetra to take a sacred dip in the Triveni Sangam, experiencing the spiritual significance of this ancient and grand event.

More than 420 million devotees have taken a holy dip at Mahakumbh 2025 till now, sources said.
