New Delhi, Jan 24: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will distribute more than 61,000 appointment letters to newly recruited youth across various government departments and organisations at the 18th edition of the Rozgar Mela on Saturday, officials said.
The Prime Minister will address the gathering through video conferencing.
The Rozgar Mela, a flagship initiative of the Union government aimed at expanding employment opportunities, will be organised simultaneously at 45 locations across the country. The newly inducted candidates will join ministries and departments including the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the Department of Financial Services, and the Department of Higher Education, among others.
