In his message, Pradhan wrote, “Today marks a significant moment in India’s democratic history — as our respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi, by serving continuously for 4,078 days, becomes the second-longest serving Prime Minister of India. This is not just a milestone, but a chapter in the extraordinary journey of nearly 24 years that PM Modi has led democratic governments at both state and central levels.”
