‘Ama Shasana’ Initiative Launched
Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi officially launched the Ama Shasana initiative at Lok Seva Bhavan. The new initiative introduces a robust communication system that leverages multiple digital platforms to connect citizens with administrative authorities.

EV Exports Flagged Off
Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off Suzuki’s first global Battery Electric Vehicle, the e-VITARA, to be exported to over 100 countries including Europe and Japan. Local production of hybrid battery electrodes begins at Gujarat’s TDS Lithium-Ion Battery plant.

Postal Deliveries Suspended
Postal services in Australia and Switzerland have become the latest to announce a suspension of deliveries to the United States. Several other countries, including India, the United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Germany, Italy, and Denmark, had already declared similar pauses in shipping goods to the United States.

Special Grant For Odisha
More than Rs 284 crore has been released under the 15th Finance Commission Untied Grants for rural local bodies in three states including Odisha. Odisha has been allocated Rs 240.8149 crore for 6,085 eligible Gram Panchayats and 63 eligible Block Panchayats.
