Puri, Aug 25: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan listened to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 113th episode of 'Mann Ki Baat' along with BJP workers during his Puri visit on Sunday.
Pradhan thanked the Prime Minister for talking about nutrition in his today's Mann Ki Baat programme and said the Modi government is committed to freeing India from malnutrition.
"Today, the Prime Minister spoke on the role of 'Har Ghar Triranga Abhiyan in keeping the country's unity intact and his message of youth's achievement in protecting the environment has inspired the people of Odisha and the country," said Pradhan.
The Union Minister said the Prime Minister, by mentioning the importance of International Sanskrit Day in his Mann Ki Baat programme, has indicated his 3.0 government's commitment to promote and popularise the divine Sanskrit language.

✨Highlighting the PM's mention of nutrition issues, the Union Minister said, "The Poshan Abhiyan of the Government of India is a big step to check malnutrition. Last year, Poshan Abhiyan was linked to the New Educational Policy."
He said 'Poshan Bhi, Padhai Bhi' (Nutrition and Learning) Abhiyan has prioritized balanced growth in children. He advised party workers to create awareness about the Poshan Abhiyan among the common people.
During his Puri visit, Pradhan paid his obeisance to Lord Jagannath and prayed for the well-being of the people.
