Governance / Journey of Resolve to Achievement: BJP Marks 12 Years of Modi Government at Centre

Key Points
To mark the milestone, the government announced a nationwide outreach campaign where Union ministers, BJP leaders, chief ministers, and Members of Parliament will connect with citizens to highlight what it termed as “22 major achievements” across diverse sectors. These include welfare schemes, infrastructure expansion, economic reforms, digital governance, foreign policy successes, and social sector initiatives.
BJP National President Nitin Nabin hailed the journey as one from “resolve to achievement,” emphasizing that the era beginning May 26, 2014, represented a historic moment of reclaimed self-confidence and cultural renaissance. He credited initiatives like Jan Dhan, Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT), and Digital India for turning policies into instruments of change, while stressing the balance of “Vikas Bhi, Virasat Bhi.”
Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh echoed the sentiment, calling Modi’s leadership a decisive transformation in governance. He highlighted achievements in economic development, social welfare, infrastructure growth, digital transformation, and national security. Singh noted that the vision of Antyodaya had been realized, empowering millions who had long remained unseen and unheard.

The BJP underscored that India today stands stronger, prouder, and more self-confident, with a secure national framework and a vision of Viksit Bharat 2047 forming the foundation for future growth. Leaders reiterated that Modi’s governance embodies the ethos of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas,” ensuring inclusive development and national pride.
As the party embarks on its outreach campaign, the 12-year milestone is being projected as not just a celebration of achievements but also a reaffirmation of the government’s long-term vision for India’s transformation
