Green Hydrogen: Building on existing fellowship programs to support India’s energy transition.
Semiconductors: Enhancing technical expertise to bolster the global supply chain.
Artificial Intelligence (AI): Focusing on ethical AI development and social transformation.

innovation and knowledge exchange. By aligning the research capabilities of
Dutch universities with Indian institutes, the two countries aim to create a

standards of research and mass education," the Minister remarked.

The meeting builds upon the established WAH (Water, Agriculture, Health) agenda, expanding the scope of bilateral cooperation into strategic "Key Enabling Technologies." Officials noted that the exchange of students and faculty between the two nations will not only enhance technical skills but also foster stronger people-to-people ties.
