Ranchi, Jan 31: Former Jharkhand Chief Minister and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) President, Hemant Soren was arrested by the officials of Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday in the alleged land scam case, officials said.
The ED was interrogating Hemant Soren in a money laundering case related to the alleged land scam.
Earler in the evening, Hemant Soren met Governor CP Radhakrishnan at Raj Bhawan and submitted his resignation.
