Patna, Nov 4: Ahead of the first phase of polling in the Bihar Assembly elections, Union Education Minister and BJP’s election in-charge for the state, Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday urged the voters to turn out in large numbers. He also appealed to the electorate to actively participate in the democratic process and help strengthen the NDA’s vision for Bihar.
Addressing a press conference in Patna, Minister Pradhan emphasized
the strength and clarity of the NDA’s campaign, calling it a symbol of trust
and development.

✨Contrasting the NDA with the Mahagathbandhan, Pradhan stated that the opposition’s direction and intent remain unclear. He accused them of being driven by false promises and past misgovernance, asserting that such leadership cannot benefit Bihar.
“On one hand, the NDA alliance has emerged as a symbol of trust among the people with its solid achievements in development, good governance, and stability, along with the resolve for a developed Bihar, while on the other hand, both the direction and intentions of the Mahagathbandhan are unclear,” he said.
Blueprint for a Developed Bihar
The BJP leader outlined the NDA’s manifesto as a roadmap for a 21st-century Developed Bihar, focusing on economic reform, agriculture, employment, education, health, and self-reliance.
“Our manifesto outlines the blueprint for a 21st-century 'Developed Bihar' - a Bihar that is progressing in the direction of a new economic policy, agriculture, employment, education, health, and self-reliance,” he added.
Dharmendra Pradhan’s Appeal
Pradhan reiterated his appeal to the people of Bihar to exercise their franchise in large numbers, emphasizing that their participation is crucial to advancing the state’s journey toward development, good governance, and stability.
