New Delhi, Jan 5: Union Education Minister Dharmendra
Pradhan on Monday released a book titled Khitabat-e-Modi, published by the
National Council for Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL). The book compiles
Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Independence Day speeches delivered from the
ramparts of the Red Fort between 2014 and 2025.

In a post on X, Minister Pradhan described the release as a
“momentous occasion,” noting that the collection reflects Prime Minister Modi’s
vision for India’s progress and his emphasis on inclusive development. The
speeches, he said, highlight themes such as Antyodaya (upliftment of the
poorest), welfare of marginalized communities, Swachh Bharat, and the
aspirations of 140 crore citizens.

Pradhan stressed that such compilations serve as a vital
medium to connect citizens with the country’s goals, ambitions, and the Prime
Minister’s ideas. He expressed hope that the book would reach every library
across India, encouraging widespread reading and discussion on the vision of
Viksit Bharat (Developed India).

The Minister also highlighted the importance of promoting
India’s heritage, culture, lifestyle, and scholarly traditions through Urdu
publications. He urged NCPUL to take responsibility for ensuring that such
works are disseminated widely in Urdu, thereby enriching the language’s literary
corpus and strengthening its role in national discourse.
Congratulating NCPUL for the initiative, Pradhan extended
his best wishes, calling the book a commendable effort that would inspire
dialogue and reflection on India’s developmental journey.
