explosion near Delhi’s Red Fort that claimed multiple lives and injured several
others, Union Education Minister on Monday expressed deep sorrow and solidarity
with the victims and their families.

✨In a post on X, Minister Pradhan called the incident heartbreaking and extended
prayers for the swift recovery of those injured.
“My thoughts are with the families who have lost their near
ones in the blast this evening. Also, praying for the earliest recovery of all
those injured,” the Minister wrote. He further appealed to the public to remain
calm and not fall prey to rumors or misinformation, emphasizing the need for
collective vigilance and unity during this time of national distress.
The blast, which occurred near Gate No. 1 of the Lal Qila Metro Station, sent shockwaves through the national capital, prompting a multi-agency investigation involving the NIA, NSG, and Delhi Police. Authorities are probing all possible angles, including links to a massive explosives seizure earlier in Faridabad.
