The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) has officially released the notification for the recruitment of Superintendents in the Women and Child Development Department for the year 2025.

Interested applicants can submit their online applications at psc.cg.gov.in until November 8, 2025.

Total Vacancies

The CGPSC aims to fill a total of 55 Superintendent positions. The category-wise distribution is as follows:

Unreserved: 23 posts

Scheduled Caste (SC): 6 posts

Scheduled Tribe (ST): 18 posts

Other Backward Class (OBC): 8 posts

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess one of the following degrees:

Master’s in Social Work (M.S.W.)

Master’s in Sociology or Psychology

Bachelor’s Degree in Law

These qualifications are essential to ensure candidates are equipped to handle the responsibilities of the role.

Age Limit

Applicants should be between 21 and 30 years of age as of January 1, 2025. However, age relaxation is applicable for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government norms.

Selection Process

The recruitment process comprises two stages:

Written Examination – 300 marks

Interview – 30 marks The final merit will be based on the cumulative score of 330 marks.

Other categories: Rs 400
