Bibhuti Bhusan Nayak elected new President of ICMAI

CMA Bibhuti Bhusan Nayak, a Fellow Member of the ICMAI and Member of Bhubaneswar Chapter with over 30 years of Professional experience has been elected as the 67th President of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) for the year 2024-2025.

Bhubaneswar, July 22: CMA Bibhuti Bhusan Nayak, a Fellow Member of the ICMAI and Member of Bhubaneswar Chapter with over 30 years of Professional experience has been elected as the 67th President of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) for the year 2024-2025. 

Nayak is Odisha's 3rd Cost Accountant to ascend to this esteemed position.

He retired as DGM (Finance) from OPTCL and is currently a practicing Cost Accountant. His extensive finance and cost accountancy background has equipped him with the skills and insights necessary for leading the ICMAI. Earlier he also served as the Chairman of the Bhubaneswar Chapter (2015-16) and as the Chairman of the Eastern India Regional Council (EIRC) of ICMAI (2022-2023). 

He was elected as a Council member of the Institute for the term 2023-27 and served as Vice President for the year 2023-24.
