New Delhi, Jan 9: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the tentative calendar of examinations for the 2026–27 session, outlining schedules that will run from May 2026 to March 2027.

According to the calendar, various SSC examinations will begin in May 2026 and continue through March 2027. Candidates have been advised to refer to the schedule and plan their preparation accordingly.

Application Correction Facility
As per the official notification, candidates will be allowed to edit their application forms a maximum of two times. A correction fee of Rs 200 will be charged for the first modification, while a fee of Rs 500 will apply for the second correction. The fee is non-refundable.

To make changes, applicants must visit the official website, log in through the SSC portal using their application number and password, and access the correction option.

SSC GD Correction Dates
The commission will open the application correction window for the SSC GD Constable examination on January 8 and close it on January 10. Candidates who have already submitted their applications can rectify errors within this period, subject to the correction limits and applicable fees.

Details That Can Be Modified
During the SSC GD 2026 correction process, candidates will be permitted to change select details, including:

Parent’s name
Educational qualification details
Examination centre

Log in using the registration number and password.
Click on the “Edit OTR” option.
Make the required changes and save them.
