Mumbai, Jan 12: Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IndianOil), the country’s flagship energy major, and Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL), India’s largest passenger vehicle manufacturer, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance customer convenience by establishing Maruti Suzuki service facilities at select IndianOil fuel stations nationwide, officials said on Monday.
The collaboration aims to integrate refuelling and vehicle servicing, offering customers scheduled periodic maintenance and minor repairs at the same locations where they refuel. This initiative is expected to create a seamless, one-stop solution for millions of Maruti Suzuki car owners, combining energy and mobility services under one roof.
IndianOil, with its extensive retail presence of over 41,000 fuel stations across India, will provide the infrastructure to strengthen Maruti Suzuki’s existing network of more than 5,780 service touchpoints. The partnership is designed to improve accessibility, reduce service turnaround times, and deliver greater peace of mind to customers throughout their ownership journey.
