In one the pictures that have gone viral on social media, Anushka can be seen clapping as the crowd stands up. On the other hand, Virat can also be seen enjoying himself at the kirtan.

While Anushka was seen dressed in a printed outfit with heart patterns, Kohli opted for a pair of denims, a long sleeve t-shirt and a baseball cap.

The party aims to surpass its previous high of 11 crore members. The current membership drive campaign began on October 11 and will last until the end of October, followed by a scrutiny period from November 1 to 5.

Members will receive certificates after donating Rs 100 and having 50 members under their assembly, according to senior BJP sources.

The current membership process emphasises physical enrollment at the Mandal level, transitioning from online membership.

A workshop is also being organised today under the leadership of BJP national president JP Nadda to facilitate this active membership campaign. This effort will lead to elections at the Mandal, district, state, and national levels, culminating in the election of the national president in January.

The BJP will hold a crucial meeting at party's extension office to discuss the election of party leaders across various organisational levels today. The workshop will focus on organisational elections aimed at empowering leaders with essential tools and strategies for effective election management and strengthening the party's internal framework.

This session seeks to enhance the party's internal dynamics while assessing the progress of the ongoing BJP membership campaign and exploring strategies to engage potential members, BJP sources told ANI.

Attendees will include Central Election Committee office bearers, state election office bearers, national office bearers of the BJP, state presidents, and organisation secretaries. This diverse group will ensure comprehensive discussions and decision-making.

Additionally, the BJP Minority Morcha has launched a unique "Audio Bridge" program to connect 26,000 Modi Mitra (influencers) simultaneously. This initiative allows influencers to understand the party's vision and connect with their respective communities to boost BJP membership.

This program is a collaborative effort between Modi Mitra and the Sufi Samvad's Sufi saints, BJP sources told ANI.

A letter circulated to Modi Friend (influencers) stated, "Dear Modi Friend, You're cordially invited to join the BJP membership campaign! To become a member, simply give a missed call on 8800002024 and follow the subsequent instructions. To learn more about the membership process, join our special 'Audio Bridge' program on October 7th."

On September 2, the BJP launched the Sadasyata Abhiyan 2024. Prime Minister Narendra Modi enrolled as a primary member of the BJP by giving a missed call and completing the details in the digital form. BJP National President JP Nadda, Union Ministers Rajnath Singh and Amit Shah and past presidents also enrolled as primary members. On the first day alone, 47 lakh memberships were registered.

In the first phase, from September 2 to September 25, 6 crore members were registered, demonstrating the party's reach and the people's faith in its leadership.

Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh each registered more than 1 crore members, while Gujarat and Assam enrolled 85 lakh and 50 lakh members, respectively. Smaller states like Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, and Tripura have also shown good momentum in member enrollment, sources said.

Sources said the investigating officials have got definite clues that date exchanges between the mobile phones of Ghosh and Mondal on August 9, the day the body of the victim was recovered from the seminar hall, were deleted deliberately to wipe out the communication trail.

Sources added that the investigating sleuths were also in the process of recovering the recordings of the calls made between Ghosh and Mondal from the morning of August 9 till the cremation of the body of the victim later at night.

Sources said that all the conversations between the two were recorded since the “auto-call recording mode” was switched on in both their mobile devices.

However, all those call recordings were deliberately deleted by both from their devices probably with the intention of destroying the communication records.

The investigating officials believe that once the recordings of these conversations are recovered it would be handy in building up strong cases against Ghosh and Mondal, sources added.

The main charges against Ghosh and Mondal are misleading the initial investigation carried out by Kolkata Police before the charge of the probe was handed over to the CBI by the Calcutta High Court and tampering of evidence after the body of the victim was recovered on the morning of August 9.

Last week, Mondal refused to give consent for conducting his polygraph test for which the CBI approached a special court in Kolkata.

On the other hand, Ghosh refused to give consent for his narco-analysis test, though earlier he gave consent for the polygraph test.
