As part of 'Balibamana' Besha, Lord Jagannath will be adorned as a child in the form of Bamana (Dwarf) God on the Ratna Singhasana. Lord Balabhadra will be adorned as King and Devi Subhadra in common attire.
The Balibamana Besha will be done after 1 pm. Lord Jagannath will be in Balibamana Besha till Badasingha Puja. The deities will put on various kinds of gold ornaments during Dadhibamana Besha.
Lord Vishnu had taken birth as Bamana God in his fifth incarnation to kill King Bali. Bamana Janma and Dalibamana Besha are held to worship Lord Vishnu's fifth incarnation.
