Submission of forms to avail of Subhadra aid began yesterday.
Launching the call centre, Deputy Chief Minister Parida said there is no time limit for application submission for the scheme.
While the first installment of Rs 5,000 will be paid on September 17, the same can be disbursed to applicants after the launching date if they are late to file applications.
"Those who will file applications lately will also get the installment on a later date," said the Chief Minister.
Women have been seen standing in long queues in front of the Jan Seva Kendras to submit applications to get Subhadra assistance.
Notably, the Mohan Majhi government, as per the BJP's promise, has decided to give women Rs 5,000 on Rakshi Purnima and another 5,000 on International Women's Day for five years.
