In a road mishap, driver of a mini bus killed in a head-on collision between mini bus and pick-up van in G. Udayagiri area of Kandhamal district.

Kandhamal, Mar 19: In a road mishap, driver of a mini bus was killed in a head-on collision between mini bus and pick-up van in G. Udayagiri area of Kandhamal district.

The incident took place when a passenger mini-bus going from G Udayagiri to Phulbani collided head-on with an iron rod-laden pick-up van coming from Bhubaneswar to Baliguda near Malangsuga.

Two were critically injured and over ten other suffered critical injuries in this mishap.

All injured were admitted to G. Udayagiri Medical College. Later, two critically injured were shifted to Berhampur for treatment.

On being informed, police reached the spot and started the investigation.
