“I declare that Bhabani Shankar Bhoi is duly chosen as the Deputy Speaker of the House,” announced Speaker Surama Padhy Congratulatiing Bhoi.
CM Mohan Charan Majhi, Deputy CMs Singh Deo and Pravati Parida, Ministers, BJD Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik, Congress Leader of Opposition Rama Chandra Kadam and Members of all parties congratulated Bhoi for being the Deputy speaker of the house.
Bhoi has been elected to the Odisha Legislative Assembly twice in 2019 and 2024.
