He was handed suspension for allegedly harassing a female student sexually at the educational institution.
The suspension has been handed to the associate professor, who belongs to Economics department, following an internal committee report.
A female student had filed a complaint accusing the faculty of sexual harassment. The Vice-Chancellor is yet to give any reaction on this matter.
The associate professor has also been ordered no to leave the headquarter.
