The deceased has been identified as Ajay Khosla.
As per the report, Ajay’s family had a longstanding dispute with his neighbour Gorekh Khora over the discharge of home drainage water. The dispute took an ugly turn last night after one of the families constructed a small retaining wall to obstruct drainage water.
Later a fight erupted between Ajay and the members of Gorekh’s family in which the former collapsed and lost his consciousness.
Though the victim’s family members rushed him to a nearby primary health centre doctors declared him brought dead.
Police have seized the body for autopsy and launched an investigation based on a complaint lodged against four members of Khora family.
