Bhubaneswar, Nov 27: A cyclonic circulation is likely to emerge in South Andaman Sea and the neigbouring south Thailand area. It is likely to take the form of a low pressure in the Southeast Bay of Bengal today and intensify into a depression informed the India Meteorological Department (IMD). 

However, Odisha is to be least affected by the low pressure analysed the IMD. 

Meanwhile, Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre predicted light to moderate rainfall over several districts in Odisha during the next 24 hours. 

Light to moderate rains are likely to occur in Southern Odisha in parts of Koraput, Malkanagiri, Nabarangpur, Rayagada, Gajapati, Kalahandi, Kandhamal and Nuapada districts.
