Two Labourers Die Of Asphyxiation In Septic Tank In Angul

Angul, Aug 28: In a incident, two labourers –a man and a woman died due to asphyxiation while cleaning a septic tank in Dhaurapali village under Kishorenagar police station limits in Angul district, Wednesday morning.

According to the reports, the two labourers went inside the septic tank of a house for cleaning. However, they fell critically ill due to emission of poisonous gases and died due to suffocation in the tank.

The two labourers were rushed to the community health center where the doctors declared them dead.
