Roof Centring Collapses In Berhampur; 1 Dead, 4 Critical

Brahmapur, Apr 16: In a shocking incident, a daily wager was killed and four others were critically injured as a centring of an under-construction roof collapsed in Sorala village under Golantharaa police station limits this morning. 

The deceased has been identified as Debaraj Jani (55) of the locality. 

The injured persons have been rushed to the MKCG Medical College and Hospital. 

According to the information, the labourers were engaged in centring work. A big parch of centring caved in and fell over the workers. 

All the injured were taken to the MKCG MCH by 108 Ambulance. While Jani was declared dead, the other four are undergoing treatment in critical condition.
