2 Killed In Scooty-Truck Collision In Cuttack

Cuttack May 21: In a tragic mishap, two persons were killed after a speeding truck collided with a scooty near Balikuda square on the Cuttack outskirts today.

The identities of the deceased are yet to be ascertained.

According to sources, a speeding truck which was on the way from Bhubaneswar to Cuttack collided with a scooty, leading to spot death of the two scooty riders. The incident took place near NH-16 under Cuttack Sadar police station.

Police have reached the spot and started an investigation.

Bodies have been sent to the SCB college and Hospital for postmortem.

Investigation is going on and further information is awaited.
