Bhubaneswar, Oct 1: Panchayati Samiti officials and representatives from eight districts of Odisha are scheduled to attend the Swachh Bharat Diwas at Vigyan Bhawan on October 2 (Wednesday). Prime Minister Narendra Modi to grace the event as chief guest. 

The Panchayati Raj department has made travel and all required arrangements for the attendees, who will leave Bhubaneswar for New Delhi today. 

According to official informaiton, Ashok Mumar Behuria, CDO cum EO, ZP, Jajpur; Prithviraj Mandal, Additional EO, Gajapati; Gangaram Budek, BDO, Kuanrmunda; Aruna Parida, Sarpanch, Govindpur GP, Dhenkanal; Jagamohan Patro, Kolathigaon GP, Ganjam; Tusharkanta Sahu, DSC, Sonpur; Chandan Gorai, DSC, Mayurbhanj; Gedal Sunil Babu, DSC, Gajapati; Bijay Kumar Mahala, BRC, Padampur block, Bargarh and Abbas Shaikh, Project Manager, PWM projet, Sundargarh. 

The Swachh Bharat Diwas is being organised to mark the closure of Swachhata Hi Seva 2024.
