Bhubaneswar, Oct 6: The PGT written examination, scheduled to be conducted on October 6, was cancelled by the Odisha Public Service Commission at the last moment, citing 'unavoidable reason' 

The written examination of Optional Subjects (Paper-I and Paper-II) for recruitment to the post of Post Graduate Teachers in Physics, Mathematics and Odia was cancelled, said the OPSC Secretary. 

The OPSC issued a notification in this regard on Sunday stating that the written examination of Optional Subjects (Paper-I and Paper-II) for recruitment to the post of Post Graduate Teachers in Physics, Mathematics and Odia, scheduled to be held on October 6, 2024, has been cancelled.

The next date of examination will be notified later, said the OPSC.
