CM Majhi, His Deputies Pay Tributes To Mahatma Gandhi, Vajpayee at Raj Ghat

New Delhi, June 29: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and his deputies KV Singh Deo and Pravati Parida, currently on a Delhi visit, paid floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi and former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee at their memorials at Raj Ghat today.

They were also scheduled to meet External Affairs Minister S Jaikshankar.  

According to the sources, the trio will attend a felicitation programme on the Hauz Khas Jagannath Temple premises in the evening. Odia community staying in the national capital will felicitate them.   

Yesterday, the Chief Minister and the two Deputy Chief Ministers have already paid courtesy calls to Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Tribal Minister Jual Oram, Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Sekhawat, BJP general secretary B L Santosh, Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw. 

They had met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and discussed Viksit Bharat and Viksit Odisha with him the day before.  
Today is the third day of their Delhi visit.
