According to the source, two youths riding a two-wheeler at high speed hit a motorcyclist at Pathuria Square, killing him on the spot. The victim’s family later blocked the road to protest the death.
Seeing the situation, Swain stopped his convoy and got out of his vehicle to speak with the bereaved family. He heard their concerns and offered words of consolation. The emotional scene, particularly the distress of a young child in the family, moved those present.
