Cuttack, Jan 27: After weeks of speculation and intense discussions, senior leader Mohammed Moquim has finally taken a decisive step toward forming a new regional political party in Odisha.
Following consultations with his supporters, Moquim confirmed that the name of the party has been finalized, marking a significant milestone in the state’s political landscape.
According to sources, the new party is likely to be named
either Odisha Janata Congress or Odisha Lok Congress. The formal announcement
is expected by the end of March, once the registration process and other legal
formalities are completed.

Moquim revealed that the decision was reached after extensive deliberations with his supporters, who gathered in Bhubaneswar earlier this week to discuss the party’s future course.
