Bhubaneswar, Sep 8: A major fire broke out early on Monday morning at Alfa Transformers Limited, located in the Mancheswar Industrial Estate.
According to reports, the blaze reportedly began around 7:30 AM, engulfing parts of the transformer manufacturing facility.
On being informed, Firefighting teams from Chandrasekharpur Fire Station rushed to the scene and are currently battling the flames.
Multiple fire engines have been deployed to contain the blaze, which has spread rapidly due to the presence of flammable industrial materials.

Preliminary reports suggest that the fire may have been triggered by a short circuit, although an official investigation is underway to determine the exact cause.
