Pradhan emphasised that the Platinum Jubilee was not only a celebration of the school’s 75-year journey but also a commemoration of the legacy of Pabitramohan Pradhan, a pioneer of the Prajamandal movement. He urged students to draw inspiration from his vision and contribute to the region’s educational growth.

Highlighting future milestones, the Minister pointed out that Odisha will mark 100 years of its formation as a separate province in 2036 and India will celebrate the centenary of Independence in 2047. He stressed that institutions like Pabitramohan School will have greater responsibilities in shaping the youth during these landmark years. He called upon students to look beyond conventional employment and aspire to become “wealth creators” and entrepreneurs.

The Minister also praised the release of the school’s annual souvenir and a book on Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, noting that such works would inspire patriotism and intellectual growth among students. He advised students to visit the newly inaugurated Pabitramohan Pradhan Smrutipeeth at Pabitranagar, dedicated to the memory of the freedom fighter.
