Describing BrahMos as a symbol of India’s growing indigenous capabilities, Raksha Mantri highlighted its supersonic speed, precision, and power. He emphasized its role in Operation Sindoor, stating that the missile has proven its effectiveness beyond trials and now serves as a cornerstone of national security.

Global Reach and Economic Impact

Rajnath Singh revealed that BrahMos has signed contracts worth Rs4,000 crore with two countries in the past month. The Lucknow unit is expected to generate Rs3,000 crore in turnover and Rs500 crore in GST annually.
