Subhalaxmi Devi passed away while undergoing treatment at the Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar this morning. She was 93.
Upasana Mohapatra, who has been nominated to fight elections to the Brahmagiri Assembly seat, is the granddaughter of Subhalaxmi Devi.
