It was close shave for CRPF Jawans as the landmine, reportedly laid by Maoists to kill them, was detected before they crossed the road. The seized landmine weighed 3 kg.

According to information, Central Reserve Police Force personnel were scheduled to go along the road today. A major mishap could be averted due to detection of the landmine. After recovery, the landmine was defused.
