To curb these emissions, the Core Carbonx Solution has started distributing energy efficiency stoves in villages on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar.
The firm held a meeting with all its stake holders in Pithakhia village in Chandaka Damapada Sanctuary from where they also commenced their distribution of energy-saving eco-friendly stoves on May 26, 2022. The advantages and benefits of these stoves in protection of the environment were highlighted by the guests during the event.
In comparison to its traditional substitute, these stoves promise more effective cooking in less wood and less time.
This event was graced by Regional Forest Conservator Manoj Kumar Mohapatra as the chief guest, Chandaka DFO Mohammad Jameel as the guest of honour and Core Carbonx Solution Managing Director Niroj Kumar Mohanty, who was also the organiser of the event.
Mohanty informed that these distributed advanced stoves can be exchanged at a minimum rate of Rs 100 and to encourage higher usage. He also announced an incentive for those who use it for four years.
This event was attended by the villagers, forest officials and the representatives of the organisation. The company further plans to distribute 10 lakh stoves in exchange for just Rs 100.
