“Bio Refinery work is going on in full swing. A new era of development will begin once the project is commenced in Bargarh. The Bio Refinery will convert waste to wealth and enhance the income of farmers,” tweeted the Union Minister.
He added, “The project will create income opportunities and make many people self-reliant. The project, coming up indigenously, will encourage green fuel and help Oidhsa to be self-dependence, and thereby the wishes of Prime Minister will be fulfilled.”
