In his complaint, Mohanty alleged that many people are coming to his Nandisahi house to meet Varsha as a result of which privacy of the family is not being maintained. Varsha has hatched criminal and political conspiracy against him. He too alleged that his life and life of his other family members are in danger now.
In a counter complaint, Varsha also alleged that an unknown man is frequently visiting the Nandisahi house for which she feels unsafe. She sought early action so that no untoward will happen to her.
