Subarnapur, Apr 9: In a shocking incident, a youth was electrocuted at Birmharajpur in Subarnpur district this evening.
The deceased has been identified as Jyoti Ranjan Khamari of Chitipali village under the Birmarajpur police station limits in the district.
According to the information, Khamari was repairing a cable when he came in contact with an 11-kv wire. He was electrocuted on the spot.
On being informed, a team of Birmaharajpur police reached the spot and started an investigation.
