Women-Daughter 'Killer' Minor Boy Also Eliminates Grandma!

Bhadrak, June 20: In a horrifying incident, minor boy who killed a woman and her daughter is also suspected to have killed his maternal grandmother at Raibani Chowk in Ganijanga Panchayat under Bhadrak Rural police station limits last night.

The boy allegedly strangulated the mother-daughter at Raibani Chowk in Ganijanga Panchayat of Bhadrak District.

The deceased has been identified as woman (Sukanti Munda), daughter (Mini Munda) and maternal grandmother (Sumati Munda).

According to the reports, the deceased woman and daughter had reportedly gone to the market to purchase medicine for Sukanti’s husband Raju Munda. However, as they did not return home till 2 PM, Raju informed the locals. 

When the villagers launched a search operation they found the dead body of Sukanti Munda in Baniagudi forest . Locals found the minor boy sitting next to the dead body of Sukanti and also recovered the body of Mini from under a culvert near Aranji, about 1.5 km away from the spot.

Today morning, villagers smell a foul smell coming from the bush some distance away from the scene of the murder and found another body lying there.

The deceased body was of minor's maternal grandmother Sumati Munda. The body was seen wrapped in a saree at her neck while there were injury marks on her body.

According to locals, the boy along with her maternal grandmother were spotted together two days ago.

It is being suspected that the minor boy has also killed his maternal grandmother.
