Bhubaneswar, Feb 12: A woman died on the spot after a speeding school bus ran over her on NH-16 near the Khandagiri chhak here in Odisha on Monday.
The mishap occurred when the victim was crossing the busy road with her mother this afternoon. The deceased's mother sustained critical injuries in the mishap.

The identity of the deceased was not known till the report was filed.
On being informed, police reached the spot and started an investigation into the matter.
