Bhubaneswar, Aug 25: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has arrived on a three-day Odisha visit.
After his arrival, he went to Puri and offered his obeisances to Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Devi Subhadra.
Later, the Union Minster inaugurated the Swasti Premium Beach Resort in Puri.
Two Deputy Chief Ministers, KV Singh Deo and Pravati Parida, Puri MP Sambit Patra, District Collector, SP, and Pipili MLA, were at the inaugural event.
According to the latest information, Pradhan returned to Bhubaneswar and then left for Talcher, where he would spend the night.
He is scheduled to inaugurate the newly constructed building of Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya and its girls' hostel tomorrow. Then he will go to Sambalpur to attend the senior citizens' felicitation programmes at Kishornagar and Rairakhole.
The Minister will attend a social function at Kendudiha on August 27.
