Angul, Apr 3: Union Minister and Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) Sambalpur Lok Sabha candidate Dharmendra Pradhan offered prayers at the temple of Maa Dakeswari in Brahmanbila village under Chendipada block of Angul district this morning.
Pradhan was given a grand welcome by the residents of Brahmanbila village. He was escorted by the residents to the temple of Maa Dakeswari where he offered prayers and took part in the yajna.
"I have been chosen as the Lok Sabha candidate from Sambalpur constituency and from today I am starting my campaigning for making Narendra Modi the Prime Minister of India for the third term," said Dharmendra Pradhan.

He arrived at Talchar on Tuesday and is on a four-day visit to Angul district.
Union Minister is scheduled to attend a party function at the Angul's BJP district office today.
On April 4, Pradhan will attend various organisational programmes at the district BJP office.
On April 5, Dharmendra Pradhan is scheduled to attend various programmes in Boinda.
