Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan Congratulates Those Who Cleared UPSC Civil Services Exam 2023

Bhubaneswar, Apr 16: Union Minister of Education and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday congratulated candidates who successfully cleared the UPSC Civil Services Exams 2023 and offered encouragement to those who could not clear the exams.

"Heartily congratulate all those who have successfully cleared the UPSC Civil Services examination, 2023. Best wishes to them for a fulfilling and rewarding career in administrative and public service. My thoughts are also with the candidates who couldn’t get the results they wanted. Your moment of glory will also come. Keep striving and pushing hard," Pradhan posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) today announced the results of Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2023.

The written part of the Civil Services Examination, 2023 was held by the UPSC in September 2023 and the interviews for the Personality Test were held in January-April 2024.

Aditya Srivastava of Uttar Pradesh has secured the first position in the Civil Services Examination, 2023. Animesh Pradhan of Odisha secured the second rank and Donuru Ananya Reddy stood third.

Others in top 10 include - P K Sidharth Ramkumar (4), Ruhani (5), Srishti Dabas (6) Anmol Rathore (7), Ashish Kumar (8), Nausheen (9) and Aishwaryam Prajapati (10). In recent years, women have demonstrated remarkable achievements in securing top positions in the UPSC examinations.

According to the official release, as many as 1016 candidates (664 men and 352 women) have been recommended by the Commission for appointment to various services.
