Two Miscreants Held For Attacking Nandankanan Zoo Officials

Bhubaneswar, Apr 30: In a disturbing incident at Nandankanan Zoological Park, two miscreants who created a ruckus on Monday night by attacking officials and damaging office equipment were arrested on Tuesday.

According to the information, two miscreants allegedly barged into the zoo office and vandalized the office furniture apart from attacking and misbehaving with zoo officials last night.

Soon after the incident, police lodged a case and launched a manhunt to nab the miscreants who hail from Daruthenga village.
The miscreants has been identified as Pahada Singh and one of his associate of Darudenga village.

It was also alleged that the miscreant duo vandalised office equipment like computer, laptop, printer, TV and other furniture. They also damaged the laptop and mobile phone of the audit officer. 

However, the reason behind creating the scene is yet to be ascertained. 

Further investigation into the matter is underway.
